Individual and Family Therapy
- Psychotherapy: using traditional therapy to look at and understand life situations and relationships and to promote wellbeing, provided by highly experienced psychologists, psychiatrists and social workers. Includes individual therapy, family therapy and marital counseling.
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): The use of short-term treatment designed to manage certain maladaptive behaviors and change the thinking patterns that perpetuate them.
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT): A behavioral treatment designed to help regulate intensive emotions and stop self-destructive behaviors including binge eating, bulimia, substance abuse, cutting, anger, relationship problems and suicidal thoughts.
- Family Based Therapy (Including Maudsley): Working with parents to care for younger patients with recent anorexia and manage re-feeding at home
